TOGETHER, Let's embody all the parts of ourselves that make us who we are through learning to live yoga. What does that mean?
When you dive deep into yoga in its true form, you practice all parts, not just the physical. In this space, we will explore breathing also known as pranayam, in its natural form and how to use it more efficiently. The physical practices will range from warm-ups that will invigorate the nervous system, longer holds to strengthen the body and align focus, slow flows that open your heart and soul and traditional vinyasa for more of a challenge. We will explore the vibrations of our voices and see how that effects the body. We will dive into meditation and reconnect with whats inside. We will also take time to understand the techniques that lead to meditation such as the withdrawal of the senses, pratyahara. Sometimes, we will bring our practice full circle and sync our hand, heart and head with some journaling. Slowly, sprinkling these skills into everyday life is how we live yoga.
The moment the breath, the mind and the body attain equal strength and flexibility the layers unravel and the true self shines.
